Jet discharge from a long slit parallel to and along a flat rough bottom (2-dimensional flow).
The roughness of the wall influences only the boundary layer flow. In this case the error-function that has been mentioned describes the flow velocity distribution incorrectly. Another difference is the decrease in the velocity.
